OpinionBar has grown to such a large community that it is almost impossible for new members to choose a username that they can easily remember. Since email addresses are much easier to remember, and unique, we have decided to require an email address and password from now on.
Are you experiencing difficulties in accessing your OpinionBar account? Enter your email address to request a new password. We will then send you an email with a special code, which you can use to enter a new password for your account.
Please contact our help desk, and submit as much information as possible, like your first and last name, your password, date of birth, address details etc. Our support team will then search for your account and reset your email address. Please note: we will always send an email to the address in our database to prevent fraud.
Please report this to our help desk, or send us an email to helpdesk@opinionbar.com. Please note that you always need to try asking support through our help-desk system, because it enables us to respond much faster. In case we have an error in our system, and you cannot use the website to report issues, use the email address.
In case you no longer have access to the email address you used for your OpinionBar membership, we cannot send you invitations, nor password reminders. In case you still know which email address it was, please login using the terminated address and password. After logging in, you can submit a new email address to be used for logging in and receiving invitations. In case your email address is terminated, and you cannot remember your password, please specify as many details as possible to our help desk, and we will help you further.
In case you have tried to get the most out of OpinionBar by creating several accounts, you will be banned from OpinionBar. Your accounts will be removed and you are no longer welcome to participate in our surveys. We want to provide maximum quality, both to our advisors and our clients.
